Our company was born in 1995. Our mission from the start has been to offer Connecticut buyers a better way to buy homes. We have since represented buyers in 90+ CT towns and 7 counties, with individual sale prices from approximately $100,000 to $6,000,000.
With offices is Farmington and Greenwich, and agents living in various CT counties, we have represented buyers of all types of family homes throughout the Central and Western two-thirds of the state, including family homes, luxury homes, and waterfront homes on CT lakes, rivers, and Long Island Sound.
We are dedicated to Exclusive Buyer Agency. Of the 1000+ CT real estate firms offering versions of "buyer agency" in Connecticut, we are about one of only ten offering Exclusive Buyer Agency. We always represent the best interests of the buyer in all transactions.
