Familiarization with areas of our state is generally accomplished with both feet on the ground.    

However...Layout of towns and neighborhoods, comparison of rural and suburban areas, and understanding of regional layout can be accomplished from an atypical perspective by spending an hour in a small plane, over-flying towns of interest.   This type of initial orientation can be useful to our clients, and for this reason, is available to all our clients.   

Typical Cessna 172

The aircraft used will be a Cessna 172 or similar, which can accommodate a total of four persons of average weight.    One of these is the commercial pilot, another a buyer agent from our firm.   This allows for up to two clients.   If you are adventurous and wish to see your potential towns by air, do not hesitate to ask.
