Our agents are a rare, dedicated group. First and foremost, they have chosen to do business as Exclusive Buyer's Agents (specifically rejected the conflicts of interest associated with listing firms attempting to represent both sides of the transaction). They have made this choice in order to respect a basic notion...that the client deserves full undivided loyalty. This choice defines them.
They are likewise motivated by the freedom an Exclusive Buyer's Agency provides the agent to do the most complete job. They know they are free to fully live up to the trust that their clients have placed in them. They sleep very well as a result.
We are an ethics driven company, and this mind set filters down to everything we do for our clients. We believe our clients have the right to trust an agent without reservation.

Average agent experience exceeds 10 years. From the most experienced to the newest agent, all participate cooperatively. Unlike companies practicing Dual and Designated Agency, the possibility of one agent working for you while another agent in the same office works against you does not exist. We do not compete against each other. We work together to solve the problems that our clients may encounter. Clients are typically assigned a primary agent, as well as a second supporting agent to assure best possible service. With all agents in the office supporting all clients, our clients can benefit from the collective experience of all.
Our career choice and business model causes us to "live what we preach", far beyond what any verbal claim can assert. It speaks for who we are professionally better than this paragraph can and better than any well-crafted marketing slogan can.
It is one thing to promise the best service to a buyer client (any agent from any listing firm can do that)... it is quite another to make the career choices that assure it. There are a lot of nice people out there working as dual agents. We know them. The choice of providing uncompromising service is not easily made. The choice of working for a firm that takes no listings is a major demonstration of the agent's dedication to serving the buyer's interests well. This is one of many choices we have made, all of which allow us to serve our clients well. There is never a situation where dual or designated agency will ever be practiced by our company. That is a promise to our clients that all our agents choose to make.
Agents are assigned to buyer clients based upon availability, motivation of client, location, specific needs of the clients, difficulty level of assignment, and current workload. The number of clients taken at any one time is limited to keep service level high.
